COMPACT PRESSURE CONTROLLER PILOT: Working temperature 90%, control range 2 to 15 psi, 16 to 85 psi, maximum power 50 psi. Higher Temperatures: Diaphragm with stainless steel.

STEAM CONDITIONING VALVE AND TURBINE BY PASS: Pressure class 150# to 1500#. Input gauges 2″ to 20″. Output gauge 8″ to 44″. Steam or water connection. Welded (BW and SW) or Flanged. Leakage class: According to FCI 70-2 / API598 standard or “ZERO” leakage on request.

DESUPERHEATER WITH VORTEX AND RADIAL TYPE BASE: Pressure class 150 to 1500 pounds. Water Connection: 1″ to 1.5″ – 150 to 1500 pounds – (Flanged or NPT Threaded). Vapor Connection: 3″ – 150 to 1500 pounds. Flanged Connections – ASME B16.5. Linear feature. Leakage class according to FCI 70-2.

LEVEL SIGHTVIEWS: Designed and built to operate at high pressure and temperature. Working pressure of 300, 600, 900 and 1500 pounds. Can be supplied with attached illuminators. Easy installation and maintenance. Use illuminators with dichroic or LED lamps. Compact lighting box, more accurate visibility degree.

ELECTRONIC LEVEL SYSTEM: Equipped with a set of electrodes installed in balloon level bottles interconnected to a panel with special logic that detects through the conductivity of steam or water the positions of the level of water versus steam. Operation limit: Maximum pressure 200bar and maximum temperature 370ºC.

ANGULAR STEAM DESUPERHEATER VALVE TCL DS4 has opening and closing by pneumatic piston actuator designed to ensure the best performance of the valve. Radial-bored desuperheater nozzles introduce highly atomized water droplets into a fan-shaped rotational motion of the steam flow, eliminating the need for a water control valve. Designed for pipes from 6 to 24 inches in diameter.

TRI-EXCENTRIC BUTTERFLY VALVE – TCL with 3 displacements developed to advantageously replace valves with metal seats and valves with elastomer seats, as it has an efficient sealing system that can work at high temperatures maintaining sealing repeatability, and at low temperatures with high durability compared to valves with elastomer seats, it has greater mechanical resistance. Its sealing system with rings in elliptical conical shape with blades fixed to the valve body mounted in an identical solid seat fixed to the disc, which guarantees perfect seating to perform valve sealing.

SAFETY VALVE FOR BOILER APPLICATION according to ASME code section I Series TCL A300. Safety valves guarantee maximum discharge capacity due to design features. Tightness The mouthpiece and disc are thermally balanced to minimize distortions due to temperature changes. Designed for pressure between 750ºF – 300ºC and 1020ºF – 549ºC, a cooling spacer is added to minimize thermal effects that could cause changes in spring characteristics.
